MU Health Care’s COVID-19 test collection site located at 2003 W. Broadway, Suite 100, in Columbia will be closed Friday, Dec. 31, and Saturday, Jan. 1, for the New Year’s holiday.

The site is MU Health Care’s primary COVID-19 test collection location and offers a walk-in option for people experiencing symptoms. The site will re-open at 8 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 2.

In addition, MU Health Care clinics will be closed Friday and will resume normal operations on Monday, Jan. 3.

MU Health Care lab locations will be closed Friday and all except the labs at Battle Avenue Medical Building and Smiley Lane clinic will resume normal operations Monday, Jan. 3. The Battle and Smiley labs will be closed Monday, Jan. 3, and will resume normal operations Tuesday, Jan. 4. 

Mizzou Urgent Care, located at 3916 S. Providence, and all three Mizzou Quick Care locations will be open Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Those suffering severe symptoms or breathing problems should go to the emergency department or call 911.

People with questions about how to access COVID-19 testing may visit muhealth.org/covid19-testing. Those awaiting test results should not call the testing locations. Patients will be notified of their results via phone call (positive results only) and through the HealthConnect portal within 48 hours.
