University of Missouri Health Care is seeking top-performing graduates to join our Administrative Fellowship Program. Eligible applicants must be graduates with an accredited master’s degree in health care administration, public health, public administration, health informatics, business administration or an equivalent degree with a minimum of a B average (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) prior to the start of the Fellowship. Applicants with an MBA or MPA degree must have a minimum of nine health care-specific credit hours or six months of work experience in health care. The application deadline for the 2018-2020 Administrative Fellowship is Monday, Oct. 1, 2018.

Fellowship application and selection timeline
The application deadline is Monday, Oct. 1, 2018. Any application materials received after October 1, 2018 will not be considered.
After a thorough review of all completed applications, selected applicants will be contacted to complete a phone interview. Not all applicants will be selected for phone interviews. The phone interviews will take place Oct. 2-12.
For on-site interviews, top applicants will be invited to visit MU Health Care in Columbia, Missouri. Travel and accommodations will be made courtesy of MU Health Care. Applicants will be offered to attend Interview Session 1 or Session 2 based on availability. Each Interview Session consists of a dinner on Day 1 and interviews with executive leaders on Day 2. Interviews are scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon.

Interview Session 2: Oct. 22-23, 2018
Final decisions and offers extended
Final decisions will be made at the end of October 2018, with offers extended on Monday, Nov. 12, 2018.
The preceptor of the Fellowship is Peter Callan, Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at MU Health Care.
The Fellowship will begin late spring 2019.
