University of Missouri Health Care is seeking top-performing graduates to join our Administrative Fellowship Program for the express purpose of developing future leaders for MU Health Care. Eligible applicants must be graduates with an accredited master’s degree in health care administration, public health, public administration, health informatics, business administration or an equivalent degree with a minimum of a B average (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) prior to the start of the Fellowship. Applicants with an MBA or MPA degree must have a minimum of nine health care-specific credit hours or six months of work experience in health care. The application deadline for the 2020-2022 Administrative Fellowship is Monday, September 16th, 2019.

Fellowship application and selection timeline

The application deadline is Monday, September 16th, 2019. Any application materials received after September 16th 2019 will not be considered.

Phone interviews

After a thorough review of all completed applications, selected applicants will be contacted to complete a phone interview. Phone interviews are typically conducted within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the completed application.

On-site interviews

For on-site interviews, top applicants will be invited to visit MU Health Care in Columbia, Missouri. Travel and accommodations will be made courtesy of MU Health Care. Interviews will be completed the week of October 1st, 2019.

Final decisions and offers extended

Final decisions will be made no later than October 18th, 2019.

The Fellowship will begin late Spring 2020.



A competitive salary consisting of:

Compensation for Year 1: $60,000

Compensation for Year 2: $65,000
